Internationale Poster Show - Milan, Italy
May 20, 21, 22, 2005
American artists Chuck Sperry and Ron Donavan from Firehouse and
Lindsey Kuhn will be joined by famous Fillmore poster artist Chris
Shaw and Italian poster artists Giampo Copparoni, Matteo Guarnaccia
and the evil psychedelic poster collective MALLEUS for a three
day festival of punk, peace and posters at the mythic Italian
centro sociale known as Leoncavallo.
Mochvara from Zagreb, Croatia - the amazing poster collective
from the former Yugoslavia - will make a special appearance.
Special headliner will be Mark Mothersbaugh of DEVO fame.
Also appearing will be "Yo! What Happened to Peace?"
a show curated by anti-war poster artist John Carr, who will be
present to present this group show of high-impact, anti-war and
anti-imperialist propaganda posters.
